Shipping Policy

All pieces are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Canada-wide shipping We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Because each piece is ceramic and one-of-a-kind, we take extra care in packaging to ensure it arrives safely. If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours at alexbevanbaker@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Local pickup — Prince Edward Island Local pickup is available for customers on PEI. Select "Local pickup" at checkout and Alex will be in touch to arrange a time and location that works for you.
